Sunday afternoon at National Tennis Centre DCU, Leinster held another Green ball tennis 10’s event, this was mostly to accommodate players who didn’t get a place on 13th January.
Again we had some players playing their first tournament and it is encouraging to see how keen our young players are. Players travelled from Belfast, Dundalk, Carlow and parts of Dublin we appreciate the effort parents make to get their children to these events. Thank you to the parents who helped with the matches and it was good to get the support by some of our coaches who popped in to watch their players Rob Turpin (Sutton LTC & National Academy) & Christine Treston (Glasnevin LTC & Leinster Squad).
